Refund policy

United Kingdom

Brand new and unused items may be returned within 28 days of the order date.

Please note:

• Original postage costs are non-refundable.

• We may request proof to confirm the item remains in brand new condition.

• The buyer is responsible for returning the item using a tracked delivery service.

• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Warranty – Faulty Items

All products come with a 1-year warranty from the order date. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

• Your order details

• A description of the fault

• A clear video showing the issue

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage.

Reports made after this period may be considered as damage occurring while the item was in the customer’s possession.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to read the product description

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the product description carefully before purchasing.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

We do not accept returns from outside the UK unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
